Repeat Prescriptions
Please allow 48hrs for your prescription. We do not take prescription requests over the phone or via email.

You can request your repeat prescription online here.
The NHS app is a great way of having your medical records and services on your phone or computer! You can easily order repeat medications on the app.
To order your repeat prescription, please use online access. This will put a request through to us - please note, there is sometimes a delay of 24hrs.
If you do not have online access, you can request medication via your nominated pharmacy. They will send the request to us.
Alternatively, you can complete a repeat prescription request form that we have in reception.
If possible, please collect prescriptions after 11.30am (you must allow two working days for them to be processed). If you supply a stamped, addressed envelope, we will post your prescription to you.
Prescription requests will not be taken over the phone or via email, as serious mistakes can occur.
Please do not use the email address for clinical or advice questions under any circumstances. This account is not supervised by clinical staff.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
