Repeat Prescriptions

Please allow 48hrs for your prescription

Please use the computer printout that you have been given. If you do not have a computer printout, please request your repeat prescription in writing or email  You can also request repeat medication on-line or through your regular pharmacist. We can no longer accept faxed requests.

Alternatively you can register for our online services and order via the link at the top of this page.

If possible, please collect prescriptions after 11.30am (you must allow two working days for them to be processed). If you supply a stamped, addressed envelope, we will post your prescription to you.

If you have nominated a pharmacy through the Electronic Prescription Service, the prescription will be forwarded to that pharmacy directly.

Prescription requests will not be taken over the phone as serious mistakes can occur.

Please do not use the email address for clinical or advice questions under any circumstances. This account is not supervised by clinical staff.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
